TRAINING COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This program introduces a diverse range of subject areas in management and organizational tendencies. Some issues we cover are determination, leadership, teams, organizational tradition, organizational structure, strategy, and business ethics. The study course is appropriate for business and nonbusiness majors. The course goals are:
♦ To provide a basic understanding of primary management tasks such as organizing, controlling, leading and organizing, and to build a similar understanding of organizational behavior at the person, group and organizational amounts.
♦ To develop a working vocabulary regarding these kinds of subjects also to become familiar with hypotheses and concepts regarding all of them.
♦ To comprehend the application of training course concepts to real world managing and organizational behavior complications.
